Jonny Uttley is the CEO of The Education Alliance (TEAL) – an 11-school trust based in Yorkshire. With a focus on promoting ethical leadership and inclusivity in the education system, he’s been tasked by the Centre for Young Lives think tank to put together an “aspirational vision for inclusive schools”. He's also an elected member of the DfE Advisory Board for Yorkshire and the Humber and a trustee at SHINE, an educational charity committed to reducing disadvantage in northern schools, as well as the co-author of Putting Staff First: A Blueprint For Revitalising Our Schools.
